The Baby In the Bulrushes

Smith skillfully present the story of Moses in order to communicate the truth that God loves children and helps their parents to care for them. The tale of God protecting Moses from the wrath of the Pharoah is told through the narration of the grandmother and the miming of the actors. Only one speaking part is needed to tell this tale that teaches that the same God of the  "Baby in the Bulrushes" story will help you raise up your children just as he helped that Hebrew mother down in Egypt long ago.

The Bible, Our Forever Book

The purpose of this play is to show how we got our Holy Bible. The Bible is God's Word. It is 66 books, in one. God inspired many different people to write His Word. In this play a few of these writers of long ago step out of the pages of the Bible and tell the audience what God told them to write. It makes the point that "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God." The Bible, 66 books in one, is God's words to man, His rules for man, and a record of the coming of Jesus, the Christ, to reveal God's love for the whole world and His plan for man to receive eternal life.
